May is officially Kindness Month in Massachusetts, and Burlington is going all out to celebrate! Join the Burlington Public Schools and HELPIS in a month-long challenge to spread kindness throughout our community.
Students in every Burlington school will be participating in exciting kindness activities, but the good vibes don't stop there. We're inviting YOU to join the Burlington Kindness Challenge!
Here's how you can be part of something special:
Show kindness to anyone and everyone: A smile, a helping hand, a kind word - it all adds up!

Challenge your friends, family, and coworkers: Let's make Burlington the kindest place around!
Spread the Kindness!
We can't do it alone! To truly make a difference, we need the amazing Burlington community and local businesses on board. Here's how you can help spread the word:
Businesses: Share information about the Kindness Challenge with your employees and customers. Encourage acts of kindness within your workplace and consider sponsoring kindness activities.
Community Groups: Organize kindness events in your neighborhoods or support existing initiatives.
Everyone: Talk to your friends and family about the challenge. Share your acts of kindness on social media using #BurlingtonKindnessChallenge.
