Jodi Schrader, Director

Jodi has spent the last twenty years working in operations and continuous improvement across a number of industries focusing on helping organizations meet strategic goals and improve customers’ experiences. Most recently she has worked in not-for-profit organizations as the Director of Process Improvement and Operational Excellence at Road Scholar and before that as the Director of Operational Improvement at Boston Medical Center HealthNet Plan.

A recognized leader in Quality, Jodi holds certifications in Six Sigma, ISO 9001, and ASQ’s Certified Manager and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE). She holds a Master of Management from Cambridge College and is a member of the American Society for Quality, Women in HealthCare Management, Women Unlimited Network, and Sigma Beta Delta the Business and Management National Honor Society.


She is honored to be involved with HelpIs and further our mission to encourage and promote good and charitable deeds to those in need and spreading kindness.
